Slightly Peated
Nose : Peaty and intense.<br>The nose oscillates between enticing green, earthy peat and notes of cider apple, fig and candied apricot. Gradually, sweet spices are added, bringing even greater complexity.
Palate : Malty and vegetal.<br>Surprisingly smooth on the palate, the peat is more mellow than on the nose, expressing lightly smoky flavors. Notes of pine, eucalyptus and coriander offer surprising freshness, counterbalanced by a touch of almond.
Overall : Long and refined.<br>Notes of cooked fruit and sweet spices prolong the freshness and balance on the palate.
