Oxford Artisan Distillery uses regenerative farming to create a whisky with a terroir unlike any other. Farm manager John Letts' continuous cropping technique ensures that each field's grain population is unique and adapted to the climate.

This second-fill cask allows the rye distillate to express delicious aromas of white chocolate, Danish rye bread and dark chocolate on the nose. The palate reveals more full-bodied rye notes, accompanied by Japanese Miyagawa with notes of citrus fruits, poppy seeds and spices. Few producers pay so much attention to their grain, and this whisky is a testament to that wisdom.

The Collective's first series, The Pioneers, looks at the pioneers of sustainable, eco-responsible distillation. A selection of ten bottlings, ranging from Irish single pot stills to Tasmanian single rye, The Pioneers series is a real tribute to distillers who care about the future of the planet.
