Elaborated at the Chita distillery located near Kyoto, this expression is made from a blend of three distillates and five different whisky profiles. Those whiskies have been aged in different type of casks including ex-wine European oak casks as well as ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
Nose : crème brûlee, cardamom, blossoming roses and acacia honey.
Palate : edge of mint, intense honey, sweet and silky._x000D_
