represents the graceful evolution of a deer, from adolescence to maturity. The
5 editions of this range bring together provenances, blends and age counts
that reflect unique expressions. From the spirited young stag to the venerable

Our stag is coming of age, with a mature, powerful character. A single malt from the Highlands, this peated bottling was aged for 18 years in a bourbon cask, then in oloroso and pedro ximenez casks before being bottled at 45.80%. Behind this label lies a whisky with a smoky, spicy profile and aromas of pineapple, vanilla and peat.

That Boutique-Y Whisky Company is recognisable by its cartoon-style labels, full of details and allusions. While the design may seem whimsical, the selection is meticulous and often very surprising.
