TAGGIASCO Gin aux Olives

Taggiasco is the first 100% Italian gin made from Taggiasche olives, a specialty of the Riviera di Ponente. A fresh and balanced gin, thanks to artisanal production and low-temperature distillation. The aromatic botanicals retain all their characteristics, making for a pleasant and alluring gin. Each sip opens with fresh, resinous notes of juniper, followed by spices with their pleasant heat, and the tasting concludes with the olive and its light briny note. Perfect on its own or in a cocktail.
