Nose : Behind a powerful and unctuous nose, this Starward Red wine single cask offers some lovely toasty wood, with roasted, fruity (apple) and spicy accents.

Palate : The charm and dynamism of the nose continues in the palate. Straighforward and firm, it is energized by citrus fruit. The finish is beautifully classic (precious wood, William pears, lavender honey).

Overall : Long and dense, the finish oscillates between citrus, vanilla and cut hay.
