The Gin Pinot from SAB'S is the result of meticulous maceration of juniper berries and 14 other aromatic plants in a grain alcohol sourced from French terroirs. Fresh marc from Burgundy Pinot Noir grapes, the emblematic grape of the region's terroirs, was also macerated. After a minimum of 3 months of rest in stainless steel tanks and steam distillation, each bottle is hand-sealed with a wax cap.
