RHUM JM Cuvée Canopée Hors d’Âge

The Distillerie de Fonds-Préville, heir to a rich history spanning over 150 years, is proud to announce the launch of its latest masterpiece, Rhum Agricole Hors d'Âge “Canopée”. Capturing the very essence of Martinique, this new creation embodies the distillery's deep commitment to preserving the environment and creating exceptional rums.
This aged rum is a blend of 6-year-old rums, assembled 6 months before the batch was disgorged. The blended rum was then transferred to 625L barrels, formerly Sherry casks, to continue aging for a further 6 months.
