As a specialist in Jamaican rums and Scotch whiskies, it's only natural that bottler and maturer Rest & Be Thankful Co. should offer us a fusion of whisky and rum. This beautiful Monymusk has been aged for no less than 24 years and matured in old Bruichladdich casks for the last 6 months.
Rest & Be Thankful Co. is a brand of independent bottler Fox Fitzgerald Brands. The name refers to the majestic site of Rest & Be Thankful in the Loch Lomond nature park in Scotland. Coincidentally, it is also the name of a peak in Jamaica's Cockpit Country Nature Park. Scotland is revered for its whisky, Jamaica for its rum, so Rest & Be Thankful Co. naturally chose to bottle both.
