This five-barrel small batch is made from rums distilled in pot stills from New Yarmouth (2005), Long Pond (2005), Clarendon Estate (2007), Lluidas Vale Village (2008) and a column-distilled rum from Clarendon Estate (2007). It reveals the empyreumatic notes of hydrocarbons that are emblematic of Jamaican rums. Between these two tasting highlights, vanilla beans, heady flowers, exotic fruit and sugar cane flavours provide a lively and generous relay.
