RENEGADE Pre Cask Lake Antoine Pot Still

The terroir of Lake Antoine lies on the steep, sea-facing slopes of a volcanic crater lake. The cane grows on clay soil exposed to iodine-laden winds, allowing it to develop a vast range of aromas. For this rum, the cane variety called Purple Tallboy comes from the Lower Crater Lake South terroir, and more precisely from the field called Ball Pasture. It expresses notes of spices like nutmeg, as well as exotic fruits like pineapple, leaving a heady floral note in its wake.
