Founded in 1975, the Midleton distillery is equipped with 6 column stills in which it makes grain whiskeys and 10 pot stills in which it makes its pure pot still whiskeys from 50% malted and 50% unmalted barley.
Single casks aged in ex-sherry casks are rare and highly sought-after, as Redbreast's highly malty style blends perfectly with the aromatic palette conferred by these venerable casks.
