RABBIT HOLE Dareringer Bourbon

The name Dareringer is a nod to Lewis Carroll, who was a fan of the word-values, which consisted of merging two existing words to invent a new one. The name Dareringer is due to Kaveh's wife who introduced him to bourbon and who dared him to embark on the Rabbit Hole adventure.This high quality whiskey is carefully crafted from bourbon aged in heavily toasted oak barrels. It is then rested in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks handcrafted in the famous Spanish cooperage Casknolia. A small batch of up to 15 casks is then carefully blended to achieve the desired flavor profile. In addition, we do not use any cold filtering, which gives the whiskey an identical flavor from barrel to bottle. 68% corn, 18% wheat and 14% malted barley.
