Made from selected French malted barley and brewed, the distillate is obtained by double distillation in a traditional copper still. After an initial ageing in barrels on the continent, this whisky finishes its education on an island in the Atlantic not far from there... This double ageing gives it a rich and mysterious character.

Nose : Round and complex, with cereals and slightly peaty notes in the head. Evolves into a beautiful palette of pastry notes, nuts and dried fruits.
Appearance : Dorée aux reflets cuivrés.
Palate : greedy and sapid, delicious malty notes, supported by a woody and smoky structure. Evolved notes of candied fruits.
Overall : Toasted and salty finish.
