Adam Caron, 28 years old, bartender and head of the Les Marquises bar team in Bordeaux, signs this first edition for us. A botanical enthusiast, inveterate creative and tireless, Adam stands out for his explosive creations. He helped us select extremely aromatic raw eaux-de-vie from barrels to create a completely new and unusual product for the bar.

Distillation and maturation:
Double distillation in a Charentais still, lees preserved. Dynamic maturation, the eaux-de-vie are regularly worked on by our team in order to allow a perfect maturation. 350 litre French oak barrels, a combination of fine and coarse grain. Maturation mainly in wet cellars. No cold filtration.
