Shooting Star vodka is made from locally sourced organic wheat and is the result of three slow reflux distillations, creating the perfect combination of exceptional structure and aromatic precision. The distilled alcohol is reduced for a month using spring water sourced from a well located 150 meters below the distillery, drawn from the limestone layer that characterizes the Burgundy terroir. This premium vodka is then aged for a minimum of one year in a terracotta amphora from Italy, allowing for a slow and controlled exchange of oxygen that imparts a smoother and more refined texture. Suspended in the center of the amphora, the meteorite gives it an unmatched taste and structure, resulting from the infusion of chondrite, a mineral unique to meteorites.
