PEGASUS Liqueur Eau d'Or

Rooted in ancestral know-how, the liqueur "Eau d'Or" is part of a lineage of exceptional nectars. Considered a panacea during the reign of Louis XIV, this liqueur was then a luxurious product due to its ingredients, which include citrus fruits and sugar.
Derived from an original recipe that resurrects the Eau d'Or of the 21st century, Maxime has preserved the original list of ingredients while adjusting the balance to suit contemporary tastes.
The name "Eau d'Or" is the same as that of the original recipe. It derives its name and golden color from the maceration of citrus fruits and roots. This recipe highlights the aromatic expression of citrus, imparting a great freshness. Lemon is the first note to emerge, followed by oranges that form the heart of the liqueur, before giving way to orange blossoms, which extend the unique flavor of Eau d'Or on the palate.
