OHMINE 2 GRAIN

Ohmine's 2 grain range represents the most prestigious vintages of the house. For this version based on the Yamadanishiki rice variety, only 35% of the rice remains after polishing, allowing the fine and fruity aromas of white peach and all the sweetness of the rice to express themselves, earning it awards at the most important international competitions. Located in Yamaguchi Prefecture in southern Japan, the pioneering Ohmine brewery takes advantage of the abundant local natural resources: Benten water, also known as the water of the gods, and locally grown rice, without additives.
