Nose : Fresh and voluptuous. Tenderly aniseed-flavoured, the first nose displays elegantly interwoven notes of verbena, lemon balm, gentian, camomile and hawthorn. On aeration, scents of peppermint, cut hay and alfalfa round off this cameo of countless shades of green. Gradually, a thin film of liquorice binds the aromatic palette together.

Appearance : verte

Palate : Full-bodied and unctuous. With plenty of body, the attack on the palate is refreshed by absolutely delicious flavours of water mint. In the mid-palate, notes of lemon balm and wicker add a wonderfully lemony touch. Then, gradually, various aromatic plants (verbena, sage) and hints of fir come voluptuously to the surface of the taste palette.

Overall : Long, very slightly tannic. The delicate start to the finish gives the sensation of chewing fresh mint and sage leaves. In the aftertaste, the infused herbs are a delight. At that precise moment, the taster has become an alchemist. The aftertaste evokes the refreshing atmosphere of a herbalist's shop brimming with rare and secret plants. The colour palette of the empty glass varies between infinitely complex shades of yellow and green.
