This exceptional Mirabelle plum brandy is powerful and full-bodied thanks to its atypical production method: double distillation.
This eau-de-vie is obtained by macerating Mirabelle plums from Lorraine or Alsace for 3 weeks in our
Mirabelle plum brandy. After distillation, we reduce this exceptional product to a degree using Steige spring water.
spring water from Steige, which is extremely pure because it is naturally filtered by the Vosges schist.
