This blackberry cream is obtained after infusion of fresh blackberries in a wine brandy. It is not very sweet in order to let the fruit express itself.
At the end of this infusion, a sugar syrup is added and the juice is reduced to 20° with water from the Vosges spring. This water, which runs through a subsoil of purple schist, is of great purity and gives it a singular strength.
The creams, like the liqueurs, are voluntarily proposed at a high alcohol level with a low sugar content to offer natural and unusual flavors in the traditional cream category. Located in Alsace in the heart of the Val de Villé, the Jos.
