NINO SIN AMOR Sierra Negra

Produced in San Luis Del Rio, Oaxaca, Mezcal Nino Sin Amor authentically captures the pure essence of agave and the Mexican terroir. The excessive smoky notes that can mask aromas and the alcoholic sensation that can overshadow the many subtleties of agave have been intentionally eliminated. All Mezcals are bottled at 45°, the ideal strength to enhance their organoleptic properties and to highlight the differences between various agave varieties.

Nino Sin Amor Sierra Negra is carefully crafted from an exclusive selection of 12- to 15-year-old wild **Agave AMERICANA VAR. OAXACENSIS**, distilled twice in a copper still.

Out of respect for producers and the environment, Nino Sin Amor follows an agave reforestation program to preserve endangered species, working exclusively with one Maestro Mescalero: Baltazar Cruz Gomez, who is a partner in the project.
