NINO SIN AMOR Liso

Produced in San Luis Del Rio, Oaxaca, Mezcal Nino Sin Amor authentically captures the pure essence of agave and the Mexican terroir. The overpowering smoky notes that can mask the aromas, and the alcoholic sensation that can overwhelm the many subtleties of agave, have been intentionally removed. All Mezcals are bottled at 45°, the ideal strength to enhance their organoleptic properties and to highlight the differences between various agave varieties.

Nino Sin Amor Liso is a special edition, carefully crafted from an exclusive selection of 6- to 8-year-old wild **Agave ANGUSTIFOLIA** and distilled twice in a copper still. This very rare variety offers a perfectly balanced and extremely aromatic profile.

Out of respect for producers and the environment, Nino Sin Amor follows an agave reforestation program to preserve endangered species, working exclusively with one Maestro Mescalero: Baltazar Cruz Gomez, who is a partner in the project.
