Ninkasi's Vendanges whisky range (the french word for "harvest") are a tribute to the diversity and richness of the wine-growing world. They highlight the fruits of this land and the know-how of its farmers. Alban, the company's master distiller, meticulously selects barrels used for wines made from grape varieties of major wine-growing regions.

Vendanges de Tinta Negra is a voyage of the senses into the subtropical climate of Portugal's volcanic islands. This small batch is produced from a malted barley distillate and aged entirely for 3 years in old Madeira casks, a fortified red wine with oxidative flavors. This unique ageing gives this single malt a gourmand, Madeira-like profile, dominated by pleasant notes of prune, walnut, currant and toasted almond.
