The new "Seasons" range provides an aromatic quest to reflect the differences between seasons as well as the influence of nature in the whisky.

For this first Autumn 2023 limited edition, Ninkasi master distiller Alban Perret has aged the distillate in ex-Cognac casks, followed by a finish in ex-red wine casks from the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.
A resolutely gourmand and fruity approach, in homage to the gentle warmth of autumn. Initially intensely fruity (ripe fruit, prune, cherry), this orange-hued single malt then reveals generous, pastry-like notes (marzipan, quince, white pepper), delicately enveloped by more floral notes (lily blossom) and a light smoke on the finish.
