To produce this fortified sweet wine, the grapes are sun-dried after harvest to concentrate their sugar and flavors. An oxidative aging in American oak barrels for over 5 years completes its aromatic profile dominated by dried fruits, with complex tertiary notes of nuts, leather, and rancio.
