However, for this Barrel Aged Gin, Martin Miller's found that it needed no more and no less than 9 months to refine its flavor. Excessive aging would ruin the delicacy of this gin. Aged in French oak casks in Iceland, it takes advantage of the cold, dry climate to slow its aging process considerably. It is this patience that will enable us to accurately measure the progress of this complex and intriguing spirit.
