LONGUETEAU Opéra Batch 1

The Longueteau Opéra, the fourth opus of the Longueteau HARMONIE collection, is a blend of agricultural rums aged over 8 years in ex-cognac barrels.
The Longueteau HARMONIE collection is the result of a blend of several vintages carefully selected by the cellar master to create the perfect match.
Like an orchestra conductor, he combines the aromatic palettes of the different rums, so that this marriage of unique and bewitching notes results in the most beautiful of sounds.
While preserving the identity of the sugar cane, each cuvée (Prélude, Symphonie, Concerto) will seek a singular profile, revealing the different facets of the maturation of the rums, through their passage in ex cognac barrels, new oak barrels, or both.

These bottlings are made in small numbered batches (1400 bottles for each batch) and are systematically bottled in raw casks for all the vintages. The degrees of the vintages vary naturally according to the batch.
