LA MER BLANCHE Limoncello

Inspired by the traditional Italian recipe, our Limoncello is crafted from the harvest of our own lemons grown using agroecology methods between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. To extract the best from the zest, hand zesting is performed.

We recommend serving it chilled, at the end of a meal (4cl portion) or as a base for cocktails (such as a Spritz). Served over ice, the freshness of citrus aromas will be expressed with enhanced intensity. The high concentration of essential oils (derived from the peels) is responsible for the sediment that may be found near the neck. This is a testament to the quality of our products rather than a flaw.
