LA HECHICERA Serie Experimental Banana

This reference is a tribute to the history of the Riascos family, who used to grow bananas before specialising in making rum.
Serie Expérimental Banana is aged in American white oak casks. During the ageing process, pieces of Fairtrade organic bananas are added to infuse the liquid.
To find the ideal balance of flavours, the master blender has selected sun-dried bananas to add to the different rums used in the blend, in order to retain the intensity of the fruit without altering the balance of the rum.
