LA DÉBAUCHE Scarlet Unitaire

Scarlet is an Imperial Sour Beer brewed with a large quantity of red fruit purée. The result, intense and fruity from the very first nose (Morello cherry, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry), gives way to a palate that is both acidic and lactic, like a Sour Beer, and round and greedy, thanks to the wheat and malt caramelised during the direct-heating brewing process. The malty, tart finish, like a fruit tartlet, is enough to make you blush with pleasure. This powerful, scarlet-coloured Sour Beer certainly lives up to its name!
