L'ENCANTADA 1987 Domaine Del Cassou Renaissance

Founded in 2011 by a small band of passionate friends, L'Encantada is a house that respects the noble product of Armagnac, which comes from an atypical and authentic terroir. L'Encantada's aim is to humbly introduce visitors to the know-how and history of this 700-year-old spirit. Vincent, the cellar master, makes a meticulous selection of each vintage. The eaux-de-vie are then bottled "brut de fût", to preserve the identity of each barrel. L'Encantada's renaissance range is an exceptional one, comprising three armagnacs bottled in bottles illustrated each year by the frescoes of a different artist. True collector's items, these are three vintages from different estates, three low armagnacs with complementary profiles, all the result of ancestral know-how. Domaine Del Cassou 1987 armagnac, made from the Baco grape variety and distilled in Arthez d'Armagnac using a mobile still, derives its dominant fruitiness from maturation in red oak barrels. Subtle and gourmand, it offers an enchanting experience, imprinted with exotic fruits, rancio and vanilla.
