Part of the Solist range, a collection of the finest cask strength bottlings from the distillery, Kavalan Fino has been entirely matured in casks that previously held Fino sherry wine. Bottled without dilution and non-chill filtered, this is a whisky of exceptional richness, indulgence, and depth.

ABOUT KAVALAN

In 2006, under the leadership of the King Car Group, Taiwan's first distillery opened its doors in Yi-Lan province, in the northeast of the island.

A cutting-edge facility, Kavalan benefits from Yi-Lan's unique microclimate. Exposed to the island's heat and humidity yet shielded by the Snow Mountains, which rise to 3,886 meters, the distillery also experiences mists carried by the Pacific Ocean. This combination creates an environment particularly favorable for whisky maturation.

In 2017, the Kavalan distillery underwent significant expansion, doubling its number of stills from 5 to 10 pairs, increasing its annual production capacity to 9 million liters of pure alcohol. Kavalan single casks have earned numerous awards, placing Taiwan firmly on the map of high-end whiskies worldwide.
