ISLE OF HARRIS Duo

A small island off the northwest coast of Scotland, the Isle of Harris is home to a community of fewer than 2,000 people. In 2015, the Isle of Harris Distillery was established to provide sustainable employment for generations.
Isle of Harris gin with its flagship ingredient, sugar kelp, the island-specific seaweed that goes into this recipe alongside eight other botanicals is incredibly fresh.
More recently, the distillery launched its first single malt, The Hearach, the Gaelic name of the island's inhabitants. The Hearach is therefore the distillery's first official whisky, and pays tribute to the island with its complex aromatic nuances: light peat smoke reminiscent of open fires, a taste of toasted malt and floral notes typical of the island's "machair", followed by spicy notes, a regressive sweetness and a pleasant hint of new leather.
