Henriot Brut Souverain is the first cuvée to be created in the history of the House of Henriot since its foundation in 1808 by
Apolline Henriot. She wanted to illuminate her land with a great Champagne.
According to her, one year was not enough to tell the story of the personality of her terroirs. She therefore decided to put some wines in reserve each year

fruit, but also red fruit. The aromatic register of Henriot Brut Souverain cannot be stated in its entirety as it is so diversified. On the palate, it is big, straight and round with a freshness that carries it away. Alice Tétienne, Cellar Master of the House of Henriot
