HEIGHT OF ARROWS Gin Mignonnettes

Launching in the summer of 2021 exclusively for Edinburgh residents, and later this year in Scotland, Height of Arrows is a gin inspired by the Holyrood Whisky Project approach. Deliberately using a small number of carefully selected botanicals, Height of Arrows has a very complex aroma. This gin is most surprising for its smooth texture, resulting from the use of beeswax and salt, in particular, which coats the palate like a whisky. The use of juniper berries creates a very fresh and vegetal gin, marked by beautiful spicy and herbaceous notes, counterbalanced by delicate citrus flavours. A very nice discovery, to be enjoyed in cocktails... or not.
