Following the launch of its first Height of Arrows gin in 2021, Edinburgh's Holyrood Distillery has created two new gins that continue its "less is more" philosophy. Indeed, all the expressions in the Height of Arrows range are stripped down to the essentials and contain only juniper, beeswax and salt which gives them a lot of texture and a beautiful full-bodied flavor.
This Bright expression is called multi-shot, a gin distillation technique that concentrates the aromas even more. Bright, which can be styled in the vein of a London Dry, uses three times as much juniper, beeswax and sea salt as the original Height of Arrows Gin, making it a extremely tasty and brilliant gin.
