HEIGHT OF ARROWS Bright Gin Mignonnettes

Following the launch of its first Height of Arrows gin in 2021, Edinburgh's Holyrood distillery has created two new gins that continue its 'less is more' philosophy. All Height of Arrows expressions are stripped to the bare essentials and contain only juniper, beeswax and salt, giving them plenty of texture and a nice full-bodied flavour.
This Bright expression is called multi-shot, a gin distillation technique that concentrates the flavours even more. Bright, which can be classed in the style of a London Dry, uses three times as much juniper, beeswax and sea salt as the original Height of Arrows Gin, making it an extremely tasty and bright gin.
