Imperial Brown Stout is a powerful, roasted, gourmet beer as intense as the black of its colour, with a generous, creamy brown head.Aged in American oak barrels, the roasted coffee and cocoa notes typical of the style are matched by beautiful aromatic notes of vanilla, coconut and caramelised nuts, which come to the fore on a long, smooth, gourmet palate, followed by a slightly drier, more roasted finish. A surprisingly atypical and powerful Imperial Stout, to be enjoyed between 10 and 15 degrees to appreciate its full range of aromas.
