Signet has its origins in toasted barley malt, called Chocolate Malt. Once a year, the distillery devotes itself entirely to the creation of this liquid, so unique that it bewitches every corner with the scent of coffee and mocha. A blend of rare elements, Signet is the culmination of the distillery's expertise. This whisky is without doubt the richest in the range: a blend of the oldest whisky, distilled over thirty years ago when malting was still carried out on site, and spirit aged in some of the world's finest casks. In addition, Signet Reserve is finisehd for an additional year in sherry casks, giving it even more chocolaty flavors. Signet Reserve has a unique aromatic profile, a palette of flavors combining bitter mocha and dark chocolate tiramisu with notes of roasted hazelnut and butterscotch.
