GALIBOT Hefeweizen Unitaire

This Hefeweizen, brewed in the purest Bavarian tradition from which it takes its name, is a wheat beer. Commonly known as 'white' beer, due to the pale, cloudy appearance provided by the wheat and yeast in suspension, Galibot's Hefeweizen stands out right from the pour with its surprising opaque orange colour, which comes from the use of a proportion of Munich barley malt. On the nose and palate, flavours of ripe banana and clove take centre stage, followed by pear. Particularly sparkling and with little bitterness, this cereal and yeast beer is as simple as it is effective in countering the heat of summer days.
