Holyrood Distillery has made it its mission to seek out rare and distinctive rums from around the world and refine them in their Elizabeth Yard maturation warehouse in Edinburgh, using the finest casks available.

This Sherry Cask Edition brings together rums from Ghana, Vietnam, and the Philippines, selected for their quality and blended for flavour.

Matured in sherry casks, the result is a combination of rich tropical notes, depth, and lingering warmth.

Elizabeth Yard rums are exclusively sourced from producers who use locally grown sugarcane. The blend is composed of single estate molasses rum from the Philippines, high ester rum from Ghana, and aromatic canejuice rum from Vietnam.
