Nose : Firm, concentrated. A certain natural reserve gives it a great deal of class. Refined pepper, juicy citrus fruit and crunchy salt. Delicate evolution with fresh tobacco and lilies. Green apples and ripe pears complete this subtle aromatic palette.
Palate : Clean, direct. It begins to leave behind its reserve. The agave is now fully expressed, accompanied by lemon. A green carpet of foliage is then dusted with salt and pepper. There is a persistent note of bitter almonds.
Overall : Soft, delicate. Slices of citrus fruit (oranges and lemons) offer tangy and refreshing juice. Retro-olfaction adds the salt and pepper necessary for balance. The empty glass perfectly sums up the finish.
