Grapes (100% BACO 22A) from the Domaine in Perquie, Landes, from the same harvest.
Continuous distillation between 52 and 53 % alc. in a traditional copper Armagnac still, heated with wood.
The oak pieces come from one of the last cooper craftsmen in the region.
The vintage Armagnacs are unreduced (no water is added to reduce the alcohol content) and are therefore all "brut de fût". No sugar or colouring is added.
Complete traceability of the vintages.
