DISTILOIRE 1924 Gin

Made in the pure tradition of English London Dry Gin, Gin 1924 is an organic wheat spirit redistilled in the presence of a unique selection of 8 plants and spices.
Built around juniper berries and coriander, the aromatic framework of the Gin is here enriched with floral and slightly spicy notes.
Biodynamically grown in the Loire Valley, chamomile and angelica bring elegance and structure to the whole.
Gin 1924 is distilled in an open flame still, heated with wood and conducted manually by the distiller.
With no additives or preservatives, Gin 1924 is not chill-filtered in order to preserve its intensity and aromatic power.
