This new limited edition honors the traditional celebration of Cónocht an Fómhair: when the autumn equinox occurs, summer has faded and the bright colors have faded to more sober tones of auburn, amber and gold. Single Malt Dingle Cónocht an Fómhair is a toast to the nuances of autumn.
Aged in old bourbon casks with a long finish in rum casks, Dingle Cónocht an Fómhair Single Malt offers aromas of fresh mint, rhubarb crumble sprinkled with brown sugar and caramelized apple.

Nose : Fresh and pleasant. Fresh mint, rhubarb crumble sprinkled with brown sugar, caramelized apple.

Palate : Warm and fruity. Tropical fruit, sweet raisins, honey, coconut and hazelnuts.
