CRAIG ALLAN Psychedelia Unitaire

Psychedelia is an American Pale Ale whose character is as floral and exotic as its disco-era label. This copper-coloured blonde ale with a beautiful white head is brewed with American and New Zealand hops (Simcoe, Tomahawk, Moteuka) to deliver a floral, malty and deliciously tropical (grapefruit, pineapple) experience from the very first nose. On the palate, the addition of a slight amount of Biscuit malts, combined with the pale malt base, allows the passion fruit flavours of the hops to fully express themselves before finishing dry and vegetal with a refreshing bitterness. Perfect as an aperitif on the terrace in summer or winter, or as a dessert, it is the psychedelic touch that will delight all palates eager for bitterness and irresistible lightness.
