COTSWOLDS Dry Gin Essence

Nine carefully selected medicinal plants are used to make this Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence. To the juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica roots that form the basic trio, are added local Cotswolds lavender, freshly peeled grapefruit, lime peel, bay leaves, black pepper and finally cardamom seeds.

To make this Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence, 10 times the concentration of the classic Cotswolds Dry Gin is used, but the production process remains the same. The result is an intense distillate that retains all the flavor of Cotswolds Dry Gin but the Gin Tonic it produces contains only 1/10th the alcohol.
