Its exceptional woodiness is the discreet servant of an aromatic and gustatory palette in which apples, pears and spices have a great time.
To celebrate its 50th anniversary, it is the Comte de Domfrontais that is the treat! 120 decanters filled with an exceptional nectar of calvados aged for 50 years contain an aromatic palette ranging from exotic fruits to fine spices. Ripe apples, layer of salted butter caramel. Notes of marmalade and spices (ginger). Autumnal, dead leaves. Stewed apple.
