COGNAC FRANCOIS VOYER XO Gold

A complex and elegant eau-de-vie, François Voyer XO Gold is a cognac to be enjoyed slowly, as it evolves considerably once served, and is surprisingly long-lasting. It has retained the vigour of Grande Champagne from the nobility of its origins, and the softness of its aromas from its great age.
François Voyer VSOP is a blend of 20 to 30 year old eaux-de-vie, distilled on the lees and aged in medium toast new Limousin oak casks for 3 years, then in old casks in a damp cellar. The reduction in distilled water was done gradually (maximum reduction of 1 to 2% per addition every year) in order to bring out the maximum finesse and complexity.
